The 90s are back (American Gladiators)

Looks like NBC just posted an open casting call for American Gladiators. For those of you who don't know American Gladiators it was a competition show where athletic types would compete against the shows characters (Laser,Nitro, anyone?) in things like jousting, indoor rock climbing, and powerball. Powerball was my favorite. It was like dodgeball except the characters had a stationary gun that would hurl racquetballs, kinda like a giant paintball gun. Anywho this takes me back to elementary school when my dad would let me stay up late on weekends to watch.

Tony was SOOOO totally excited about this!! He makes me watch it every once in a while.

I can't wait for our "real" shows to come back....
